This Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Policy") sets out how personal data of users of the website wasiliiwoitz.com (the "Site") is processed and how it is kept secure.
The Policy is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" ("152-FZ") as currently in force and other Russian legislation.
The Policy covers all personal data the Operator receives about a user through the Site, through messengers, by email and by telephone, and in the course of providing legal assistance.
The operator of personal data is sole proprietor Vasilii Aleksandrovich Woitz, OGRNIP 322774600244656, INN 773374064785, address: 125464, Moscow, Novotushinsky proezd 6, bldg 1, office 164, email 6005669@mail.ru, telephone +7 (495) 104-49-45 (the "Operator").
The Operator is entered in the register of operators processing personal data on the basis of a notification sent to Roskomnadzor under Article 22(1) of 152-FZ.
The Site has no contact forms and no input fields: it does not itself ask the user for personal data.
When the Site is visited, technical information is processed automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, cookies and a visitor identifier assigned by the Site, visit duration, device and browser details, the referring page, and advertising tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, yclid and similar).
Separately from an enquiry this information does not identify a person and is used to operate and secure the Site and to assess the effectiveness of advertising sources.
Personal data reaches the Operator when the user contacts them for legal assistance: writes on Telegram or MAX using the links on the Site, sends an email, calls the number shown, or uses the legal assistant widget embedded in the Site's pages.
Such an enquiry usually contains: the name or other designation the user gives; a telephone number or messenger identifier; an email address if writing by email; and a free-form description of the legal situation.
The legal assistant widget runs on a separate domain, assist.woitz.ru. Information entered in the widget window is processed within that service and reaches the Operator as an enquiry.
A user may make an initial enquiry without giving their name or the details of the case.
The Operator does not ask for information about health, criminal record, or prosecution for criminal or administrative offences, or other information belonging to special categories of personal data (Article 10 of 152-FZ). The Site has no fields for such data.
That said, a user contacting the Operator about a criminal case may set out such information of their own accord. The Operator processes it only to the extent the user provided it and solely to consider the enquiry and provide legal assistance — that is, to exercise and protect the rights and lawful interests of the data subject (Article 10(2)(6) of 152-FZ). Such information is not used for any other purpose, is not enriched from external sources and is not disclosed to anyone except as stated in section 9.
Information that becomes known in connection with a request for legal assistance is processed as privileged and is not disclosed.
Considering the enquiry, contacting the user and clarifying the circumstances of the case.
Concluding and performing an agreement on legal assistance and keeping the client informed about the progress of the case.
Handling complaints and requests from users, including requests to exercise their rights as data subjects.
Keeping the Site operational and secure and protecting it from automated and malicious requests.
Assessing the effectiveness of advertising sources and analysing Site traffic in anonymised form.
Complying with the Operator's obligations under Russian law.
The Operator does not sell personal data and does not pass it to third parties for marketing mailings.
Consent of the data subject (Articles 6(1)(1) and 9 of 152-FZ) — for data provided in an enquiry and for analytics cookies.
Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Article 6(1)(5) of 152-FZ) — for data needed to conclude and perform an agreement on legal assistance.
Exercise of the Operator's rights and lawful interests where the subject's rights are not infringed (Article 6(1)(7) of 152-FZ) — for technical data needed to run and secure the Site.
Exercise and protection of the data subject's rights and lawful interests (Article 10(2)(6) of 152-FZ) — for special-category information the user sets out themselves.
Compliance with obligations imposed on the Operator by law (Article 6(1)(2) of 152-FZ), including accounting and tax legislation.
Consent is given freely, of the user's own will and in their own interest. Analytics cookies are enabled only after the user has pressed "Accept" in the Site notice; before that the analytics counter is not started.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by a free-form request to 6005669@mail.ru or by letter to the Operator's address. On receiving a withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within the period set by Article 21(5) of 152-FZ, except where further processing is required by law.
Withdrawal of consent does not stop processing carried out on the other legal bases listed in section 7.
Personal data is not sold and is not passed to third parties, except as follows.
To persons engaged by the Operator to work on the enquiry — to the extent needed to provide legal assistance.
To the legal assistant service (assist.woitz.ru) and the enquiry management system that receive and track the enquiry — to the extent of the information the user provided.
To messenger operators and the email provider through which the user sent the enquiry — to the extent needed for delivery.
To the web analytics service Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russian Federation), acting as a processor on the Operator's instructions (Article 6(3) of 152-FZ) — anonymised visit data.
Every processor engaged must observe confidentiality and security requirements no lower than those set by this Policy and 152-FZ.
Data may also be disclosed on a lawful demand of authorised state bodies.
Recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, amendment and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the Russian Federation (Article 18(5) of 152-FZ).
Decisions producing legal effects for the data subject or otherwise affecting their rights and lawful interests are not taken solely on the basis of automated processing of personal data (Article 16 of 152-FZ).
The legal assistant widget gives only a preliminary orientation. Assessment of the case, choice of legal position and preparation of procedural documents are done by the attorney.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to consider it and to maintain the client relationship, but no longer than 3 years from the last interaction, unless another period is set by law or needed to protect the rights of the Operator and the client.
Data needed for accounting and tax records is kept for the periods set by Russian law.
Technical and referral data is kept for no longer than 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn, unless another period is set by law.
Under Articles 14, 20 and 21 of 152-FZ a data subject has the right to: obtain information concerning the processing of their personal data to the extent set by Article 14(7); require their personal data to be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, out of date, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose; withdraw consent; require processing to stop; and appeal the Operator's acts or omissions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
Requests should be sent to 6005669@mail.ru or to 125464, Moscow, Novotushinsky proezd 6, bldg 1, office 164. The request must make it possible to identify the data subject and state what is required. The Operator considers and answers requests within the periods set by 152-FZ.
The Site uses technically necessary cookies, without which it cannot work, and analytics cookies of the web analytics service Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russian Federation).
The analytics counter is loaded only after the user consents. Metrica's "Webvisor" and "Click map" features record visitor actions on the page; the contents of input fields are not transmitted in the recording. The information collected in this way is anonymised.
A user may restrict or block cookies in their browser settings. Disabling technically necessary cookies may break some functions of the Site.
The Operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures required by Articles 18.1 and 19 of 152-FZ: restricting and segregating access to data, using a secure connection (HTTPS), backups, assessment of the harm that may be caused to data subjects, and internal monitoring of compliance.
If unlawful or accidental disclosure of personal data infringing subjects' rights is established, the Operator notifies Roskomnadzor of the incident within 24 hours and of the results of the internal investigation within 72 hours (Article 21(3.1) of 152-FZ).
The Site is not addressed to persons under 18 and the Operator does not deliberately collect their personal data. An enquiry in the interests of a minor is made by their legal representative.
The Operator may amend this Policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Site. The current version is permanently available at wasiliiwoitz.com/en/privacy.html. This version takes effect on 1 August 2026.
